Whether you are a novice gardener or just starting, our garden team will guide you through the ins and outs of what proves to become a lifetime skill and hopefully a passion. Green thumb or not, you will be amazed at how rewarding growing your food can be.

Our COMMUNITY is growing! We are looking for a hand in donations for a few practical items, please help us check these off our list?

Fall Garden Planting Day

Are you curious about canning fresh produce from your garden but not sure where to start? SJCG offers a food preservation mini-series that is perfect for beginners! Join us for a fun workshop where you can learn how to preserve your garden goodies. Our experienced Board of Directors member  Lynn Jaekley has plenty of tips and tricks to share to make your canning experience enjoyable and cost-effective. For just $25  you can attend the workshop  learn preservation methods  and take home homemade goodness!

100% refund if event is canceled, less 15% for processing fees for participant cancellation within 48 hours of event.
